The Process

Contact- When you call our company, we will ask for some basic information including contact information, the work you are interested in and how you heard about us. We will encourage you to develop a project budget. Knowing the financial commitment you are looking at investing is a key component in the design process.
Consultation- Our team will work with you to understand your objectives. We will walk the property with you taking pictures and notes, then discuss what type of design is best for your project and discuss your anticipated budget.
Design Service Agreement- After the initial consultation we will prepare a proposal for our design services and submit it for your approval.
Concept Plan- After the first design consultation our team will create a concept illustration that addresses everything discussed. We will meet with you to go over the concept plan, get your feedback and make revisions as needed. We will work through revisions if necessary and arrive at a final design. We will include a detailed project cost and construction schedule.
